Totally kidding. I’m a proud brussels sprouts lover.
It’s taken a few weeks, but I’m starting to get used to the winter weather again. I’m trying to get back into running so I don’t embarrass myself in front of the rest of the office (and about 50,000 other Vancouverites) during the 10 km Sun Run in a few months, and the Vancouver (Half) Marathon a few weeks after that. I’ve also joined a recreational circus performance group. Perhaps by this summer I will be in the appropriate shape to run away and join the circus.

This juice. It won’t sabotage your healthy intentions. Let’s wait at least until February before giving up on those resolutions, shall we?

Carrot Citrus Juice
three or four carrots, depending on how large they are
half a lemon
half a lime
about an inch of ginger root
Juice everything in a juicer. Pour over ice and drink immediately.
